Reservation Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible.
1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
2. Late Cancellations or No Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time or don't show, a fee of $25 per person will apply.
3. Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
4. Special Events: For large parties or special events, additional cancellation terms may apply. We will inform you at the time of booking.

5. 特別イベント: 大人数や特別イベントの場合、追加のキャンセル規定が適用されることがあります。その際は、予約時に詳細をご案内いたします。
