We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible.

1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least [48 hours] in advance to avoid any charges.
2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within [24 hours] of your reservation time, a fee of [insert amount, e.g., $25 per person] will apply.
